Andante is a residential and retail condominium project in Emeryville with 125 residential condominiums distributed over 5 buildings and retail condominiums on the ground floor, anchored by Mizyozen Restaurant at the corner of 40th Street and San Pablo. In addition to a gym and hot tub, the project provides private parking with assigned upper level residential spaces and ground floor spaces for commercial tenant visitors and short-term residential guests.

Andante is less than a mile from the popular Temescal neighborhood and is directly across the street from the East Bay Bridge complex with a supermarket, Home Depot, and Target.
